Metal Bellows


Many people as well as companies are choosing metal bellows as their preferred choice. The benefits of metal bellows are the fact that they can be compressed when pressure is exerted on them and then they are able to readily return to their normal size when the pressure has been taken off of them. Metal bellows expand easily as well as mold to the environment due to their flexibility and ease with air flow. Welded bellows have a tendency to have a reduced metal strength at the weld joints and this is due to extremely high temperatures of the welding process. Welded bellows are made using a variety of different metals and alloys. Formed bellows differ in the fact that they are made using only alloy that offer very good elongation such as brass. The problem with welded bellows is that they are not made using elongation materials such as brass because materials such as brass are not good for welding purposes and therefore cannot be used in welded bellows. Overall, the choice is up to the individual and the job at hand in determining which metal bellow works for them.

Flexible metal hosing


Flexible metal hosing has been readily increasing in popularity due to the flexibility of the hosing, the versatility of the hosing, as well as the ease that the hosing has with so many different types of machines.
